Assistant Finance Manager

About the role

Our client is hiring a We’re Hiring - Assistant Finance Manager. You will be part of the accounts and finance team.

What you will do

• Prepare and send accurate invoices on time
• Maintain billing records and reconcile them with orders, contracts and payments
• Follow up on pending payments and resolve billing queries with clients and internal teams
• Make sure invoices follow GST and company policies
• Prepare simple MIS reports on billing and collections

What we are looking for

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Must have: Finance, Next, Consulting, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Receivable, Bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial records, CLOSING, Financial Statements, Reports
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting entries
• Attention to detail and good written communication
