Key Requirements

• 10+ years of Workday experience, including 7+ years in Workday Reporting. Expertise in Advanced Matrix and Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, dashboards, and Discovery Boards. Experience designing, developing, and optimizing Workday reporting solutions. Strong understanding of Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Performance modules. Ability to build workforce analytics dashboards and actionable HR insights. Experience establishing SOPs, reporting governance, KPIs, and best practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams. Experience working in complex, multinational organizations with large employee populations. Ability to mentor team members and drive continuous improvement. High ownership, a proactive mindset, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
