  • Experience on Avaya voice Platform including contact centre
  • Should have hands on experienced on below Avaya devices, Avaya Communication Manager, Aura Messaging Server, Messaging Storage Server, System Manager
  • Configuration & Maintenance of Avaya VoIP systems like Avaya CM, SM, SMGR, G450, CMS etc
  • Experienced on Verint Call Recording solution.
  • Responsible to work on incidents, Service requests, Change Requests.
  • Flexible to work in night and afternoon shifts.
  • Exposure to MS Teams, Oracle SBC will be add-on advantage.
  • Should have experience in Avaya Support
