Leading a dynamic team providing high impact analytical solutions across business functions including marketing, product, customer experience, etc. for large retailers based in US

Work closely with stakeholders to design experiments define KPIs for various stages of the product lifecycle

Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong product orientation and an affinity for data and analytics

A Bachelor s / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in management

At least 7 years of experience working in managing program delivery in Big Data, Data Management, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics. Space

Exposure Market Analytics, Campaign Analytics and Portfolio Management is preferred

Experience with e-commerce, retail or marketing analytics would be an advantage

Experience leading Agile product development teams

Teck stack is GCP, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, ML, SQL/Python, Java / Scala / Python, Node / React JS, Angular etc.

Well versed with designing executing design experiments such as A/B testing, Test Control

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with a fair understanding of what makes a good user experience and beautiful design
