Electric Vehicle Technician

We are looking for a Electric Vehicle Technician to join our client delivery team in Bangalore. This role is suited to a professional who can take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. The position is offered as a Full Time / Permanent role with a Work from Office working model and 6 Days / Week.

Key Responsibilities:

� Own assigned activities from requirement understanding through execution, validation and closure.

� Work closely with business, technology, operations or client teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

� Prepare accurate reports, documentation, trackers and status updates relevant to the role.

� Identify process gaps, recurring issues and opportunities for automation or improvement.

� Follow defined quality, security, compliance and service-level standards while maintaining productivity.

� Participate in meetings, reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions and process improvement initiatives.

Role-specific focus:

The successful candidate should have practical experience in EV Service, Electrical Systems, Battery, Diagnostics, Troubleshooting, Maintenance. Depending on the position, the role may involve hands-on development, analysis, customer interaction, financial processing, recruitment, operations management or technical troubleshooting. Candidates should be comfortable learning new tools and processes and should demonstrate strong ownership and attention to detail.

Candidate Profile:

� Relevant experience in a similar role with demonstrable hands-on exposure.

� Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

� Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

� Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.

� Willingness to work from the specified location/shift and follow client policies.

Interview Process:

Shortlisted candidates will undergo CV screening followed by role-specific technical/functional assessment and an interview with the hiring team. Additional client or HR discussions may be scheduled where required.
