Our client is hiring a S! for HRBP - NBFC/ Banking in Vijayawada - Andhra Pradesh. You will be part of the HR team.

What you will do

• Manage the hiring process from sourcing to joining
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and HR reports
• Support onboarding, engagement and HR policies
• Answer employee queries on HR processes

What we are looking for

• 35+ years of relevant experience
• Must have: MBA in HR
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and HR tools
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good to have: Recruitment, Sourcing, Onboarding, MS Excel, HR Operations
