Technical and Professional Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 23 years of relevant experience in IBM FileNet development.
Strong hands-on experience with platform capabilities and enterprise content management concepts.
Experience designing and implementing workflows, security, document classes, properties, and foldering strategies.
Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across FileNet components and deployed solutions.
Solid communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Roles: Head - Engineering
Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
Configure and extend FileNet components such as Content Engine, Process Engine/Workflow, and Content Navigator interfaces.
Build and optimize workflows, document lifecycle management, security models, and metadata/classification structures.
Implement integrations and services to connect FileNet with upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver performance and stability improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, plan, develop, test, and deploy enhancements in iterative releases.
Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices for FileNet development and support.
Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven approaches to improve content discovery, classification, and process automation.
