Job Responsibilities:
Adheres to call quality standards while making outbound calls to existing/new customers.
Remains current on all energy market information to provide correct and up to date information to our customers while striving to meet or exceed KPIs
Displays retention/upsell & cross-sell techniques for all customers requesting cancellation.
Skill Requirements:
Excellent sales, retention and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (Bilingualism an asset)
Ability to work as part of a team yet exceed individually
Strong typing/data entry skills
Good analytical skills
Sound decision making skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Minimum 2 years of prior sales or telemarketing experience
