About the role

Our client is hiring an IT-Recruiter / Lead Recruiter / RPO in Bengaluru – Domlur Location. You will be part of the HR team.

What you will do

• Manage the hiring process from sourcing to joining
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and HR reports
• Support onboarding, engagement and HR policies
• Answer employee queries on HR processes

What we are looking for

• 6 months to 6 years of relevant experience
• Must have: Good Communication Skills, Naukri, Sourcing, Social Media, End-to-End Recruitment, candidate sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, Candidate Management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and HR tools
• Ability to handle confidential information
