Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager for our Real Estate department. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to acquire and manage real estate properties that align with our company's objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Real estate experience is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for acquiring real estate properties in line with the company's growth and expansion plans.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential properties, market trends, and opportunities for expansion.

Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate brokers, and other key stakeholders to ensure a consistent pipeline of real estate opportunities.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential real estate investments, including ROI calculations and risk assessments.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations for property acquisitions, lease agreements, and other real estate transactions to secure favorable terms for the company.

Due Diligence: Oversee the due diligence process for potential real estate acquisitions, including property inspections, title searches, and legal reviews.
