Supervise preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities across the manufacturing plant.
Coordinate maintenance technicians and allocate work based on equipment priorities and production requirements.
Monitor electrical, mechanical, utility and extrusion equipment to identify potential failures early.
Maintain engineering spares and ensure critical replacement materials are available when required.
Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, downtime reports and equipment history.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruption.
Promote safe maintenance practices and ensure work is performed in accordance with plant procedures.
