NetSuite Application

Maintain the NetSuite application and other related third-party business applications for internal users

Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools / applications and new NetSuite modules based on evolving finance & business needs

Act as NetSuite SME for managing NetSuite updates, troubleshooting of system errors and resolution and maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integrations

Partnership with Finance Operations & business teams

Provide internal NetSuite support for issues / incidents via ServiceNow and new development requests (new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards, user roles, etc.)

Assist with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, and improvement/simplification initiatives

Help conduct audit walkthrough with internal and external auditors, by explaining business process along with system configuration

Create business and technical documentation customizations, workflows, and business processes, and keeping all documentation up to date

Monthly Compliance Reporting

Responsible for compliance reporting and adherence to policies like Separation of Duties, access request processing, and other related requirements

3-5 years of experience with NetSuite finance administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments; Salesforce experience a plus

Knowledge of scripting (troubleshooting and modification of existing scripts)

Experience creating custom workflows

Custom records and objects, csv imports, page layouts, saved searches, reports and dashboards
