Oracle Fusion HCM – Functional Consultant

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Experience: 5+ years in Oracle HCM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.

• Analyse and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application issues within agreed SLAs.

• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.

• Work across:

· Core Human Resources

· Payroll

· Benefits

• Perform functional analysis, impact assessment, configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements.

• Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root-cause analysis for recurring problems.

• Support business users during UAT, regression testing, production releases, and post-release validation.

• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, configuration documents, and knowledge articles.

• Conduct user training and provide functional guidance to business stakeholders.

• Ensure solutions comply with Oracle Fusion best practices.

• Maintain support documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of AMS processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience.

• Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and testing.

• Experience in production support / AMS environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Experience in UAT, regression testing, enhancements, and release support.

• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM business processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

• Oracle Fusion HCM certification.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates.

• Exposure to Oracle HCM integrations, reports, and data migration.

• Experience working with enterprise clients in an SLA-driven AMS environment.

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
