Ensuring that all Customer requirements are met.Ensuring that the timelines are met

.Ensuring Quality and relevance of data are maintained.Communication with Customer and Team

.Travelling to the vessels to carry out asset Management for the Customer

.DutiesListing of software and Customer requirements and clearly communicating the same to the team.Delegating tasks to the team and regular follow up of the same.Strict following of the PMS processes for Analysis, Components, Jobs and Spares.Regular resolution of doubts internally.Routine update of status of progress.

Routine update and request of missing information from the Customer.

Extensive Quality control of information being captured.Training of the new joiners.

Training and refresher of existing team members.

Ensuring the work done log is always updated.Delegation of dutiesAll duties will be deleted to another PMS Enginee

r if available or to the PMS Specialist.Skills

Understand the importance of tailoring communication styles to different audiences.Actively participates in team activities and willingly adapts to take on different roles when needed.
