Record to Report (RTR)

About the role

Our client is hiring a We have an urgent opening for *Record to Report (RTR). You will be part of the accounts and finance team.

What you will do

• Prepare and send accurate invoices on time
• Maintain billing records and reconcile them with orders, contracts and payments
• Follow up on pending payments and resolve billing queries with clients and internal teams
• Make sure invoices follow GST and company policies
• Prepare simple MIS reports on billing and collections

What we are looking for

• Must have: RTR, US Shift, Requirements, Payroll, Accounting, reconciliations, US GAAP, Senior
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting entries
• Attention to detail and good written communication
