Graduate/Postgraduate from any stream.

Proven 3+ year work experience as a NON IT Talent Sourcer or a similar role in a reputed Talent Search firm

Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies.

Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
