We are hiring freshers for the Recruitment Calling Executive role in Kolkata. This is a full-time BPO opportunity with structured process training and on-the-job support.
Key responsibilities:
� Contact candidates from assigned lists, explain job opportunities, capture candidate details, schedule interviews, and update recruitment records.
� Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines and attendance requirements.
� Maintain accurate records in the CRM or internal process system.
� Escalate exceptions to the appropriate senior team member.
� Meet defined productivity, accuracy and customer-service standards.
Candidate profile:
� Fresher or 0 years of experience.
� 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate depending on process requirements.
� Clear communication in english & hindi and willingness to learn.
� Basic computer skills and comfortable using CRM or web-based applications.
� Customer-focused attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Training will be provided on the process, systems and communication standards before independent handling of work.
