Configure and support SAP Global Trade Services processes covering import and export requirements.
Analyze business requirements related to customs, trade compliance and international supply chain processes.
Configure relevant SAP GTS functionality and support integration with SAP and connected enterprise systems.
Participate in implementation activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing and deployment.
Investigate production issues and provide functional solutions within agreed service levels.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user guidance for configured solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to improve trade compliance processes and reduce operational risks.
Support testing, user acceptance and post-go-live stabilization for SAP GTS initiatives.
