Job description

Job Description:

The Shopper Marketing Manager will have primary responsibility of executing the GTM strategy in retail (brand stores, MT/RR channels) and driving sellout and increasing per store sale. The person will be responsible for driving impactful retail visibility, shopper messaging, consumer finance and other schemes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute customized sell-out programs for all channels brand stores, Modern Trade/ Regional Retail and multi-brand outlets.

Develop on ground marketing programs to improve store visibility and store walk-ins.

Collaborates with agencies to develop strong retail and in-store brand visibility communications and designs.

Develops relationships with channels sales and brand communication team to ensure excellent on-ground execution of sell-out programs.

Manage Consumer Finance programs.

Assists with department administrative tasks.

Analyze sales trends (primary sales and consumer off-takes/sell-out) to identify growth opportunities or corrective actions as needed.

Manage sell-out budget for assigned channels.

Skills and Personality:

Strong analytical skills.

Strong Administrative & Leadership skills.

Ability to work in retail environment and manage scale of operations.

Working with store managers/ sales consultants/ promoters/vendors and agencies.

Qualifications and Requirement:

Prior experience in Retail Industry (Retail Chains / Modern Trade) preferred.

Prior experience in handling in-store branding, consumer activations.

Ability to work with creative agencies for on-ground creative requirements.
