Out client is looking for a dynamic Senior Lead - IT Recruitment (8-12 years of experience) to lead our recruitment team, drive hiring delivery, and build strong client relationships.

Location: Chennai (Sholinganallur)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IT recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and delivery timelines.

Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and experience levels.

Manage client requirements, understand hiring needs, and ensure timely submission of quality profiles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Monitor recruitment metrics, team productivity, pipeline progress, and closure ratios.

Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Mentor recruiters, improve team performance, and ensure consistent delivery against business targets.

Handle escalations, prioritize critical requirements, and drive successful closures.

Contribute to business growth, client satisfaction, and overall recruitment delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with proven experience in a team leadership role.
• Mandatory: Experience working in the IT Staffing / Recruitment Services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, hiring trends, and recruitment processes.
• Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and meeting hiring targets.
• Excellent client management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment metrics, and delivery management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
