Job Description

As a Solutions Delivery Specialist - Supply Chain, you will be at the heart of client success. You ll

lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and

stakeholder alignment across teams. You ll also drive internal initiatives and cross-functional

feature rollouts.

:

Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish

Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and documentation

Drive internal rollouts for new features, integrations, and process improvements

Build visibility and alignment across all internal and external stakeholders

Support client growth by understanding needs and upselling relevant solutions

:

2+ years of experience on the brand side in supply chain or operations

Deep understanding of supply chain planning tools and workflows

Proven experience in project management and software implementation

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI dashboards

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities

Experience in stakeholder management and solution selling
