Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1-2 Years


  • 1-2years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • High level of ownership and attention to detail

Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our hiring efforts across functions. You will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to offer rollout)
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS trackers
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Drive employer branding initiatives (job postings, LinkedIn hiring campaigns, etc.)
  • Support campus hiring and bulk hiring drives when required
