We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment initiatives, build high-performing teams, and drive employer branding efforts. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfill critical talent requirements.

• Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and talent needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels and ATS systems to build qualified talent pipelines
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through candidate onboarding and feedback
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and team dynamics for targeted recruitment
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives and employee referral programs to attract top talent
• Maintain and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across departments
• Coordinate interviews, conduct stakeholder management, and ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Candidate Eligibility

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Proven track record of successful placements and recruitment campaigns
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR operations
• Proficiency with ATS systems and candidate sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in employer branding and interview coordination
