Key Responsibilities:
Lead offshore technical delivery for automation and integration projects.
Design and develop Python-based backend services and REST APIs.
Manage API integrations, data validation and transformation.
Define technical architecture, authentication and error-handling mechanisms.
Guide developers, conduct code reviews and maintain development standards.
Coordinate with onsite stakeholders and oversee testing, deployment and production support.
Experience: 8 to 12 years
