UIPath Certified RPA Developer (Immediate/WFO)

We are looking for an experienced UIPath Certified RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain robotic process automation solutions. You will work on-site in Bengaluru on a full-time, permanent basis.

• Design and develop RPA solutions using UIPath Studio, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and create technical specifications for RPA implementations
• Develop, test, and deploy automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Troubleshoot and debug RPA processes, providing timely resolutions to production issues
• Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions, incorporating process improvements and updates as needed
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Document technical designs, process flows, and user guides for knowledge transfer and future maintenance

Candidate Eligibility

• 4–8 years of professional experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development
• UiPath certification (Certified RPA Developer or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with process automation, workflow design, and debugging
• Ability to work from office on immediate or near-immediate basis
