We’re Hiring: SAP Data Migration Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration professional to lead end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Key Skills Required

• SAP S/4HANA data migration (SAP and non-SAP sources)
• SAP BODS, SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/Fiori), LSMW, BAPI, IDoc, ALE
• SAP MDG and other migration tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS)
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL)
• Data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation

Advanced Excel skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Responsibilities
• Lead the migration approach and strategy aligned to SAP Activate phases
• Develop and review Functional Mapping Documents (FMD)
• Design and develop ETL processes: analyze, extract/transform, validate and load
• Prepare pre-load and post-load validation reports and analyze data anomalies
• Manage failed record analysis, root-cause analysis and reprocessing
• Support mock loads, SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals, cutover and go-live
• Track migration defects and data quality issues, and obtain business sign-off on validation results

Experience: 8 to 10 years
