Build hiring and/or training plans based on load projections, skillset base analysis, potential gaps, and other elements such as costs, business priorities, and attrition.

Strategic Analysis/Problem-Solving - Works to fully understand business.

Coordinate with business partners to develop the annual plan and forecasts.

Provide advice and guidance to appropriate stakeholders on a range of financial management issues within the scope of their own area.

Manage the end-to-end Resource Planning process inclusive of forecasting, scheduling, and rostering to ensure that the business is utilizing its people to optimal levels.

Oversee communication and integration of all capacity planning workstreams and facilitate orientation to the leaders and executives.

Enable cross-channel capacity and workforce optimization.

Exposure to call center working processes and practices.

Establish maintain effective relationships with cross-functional product teams, colleagues, and process teams, including the virtual environment.

Understand key business drivers including market trends, seasonality, pricing offers, product mix, and channel mix, and develop robust forecasts by geography and by sales channel.

Continue to evolve and refine models used to benchmark and classify markets and branches and deploy them into capacity planning processes and deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Graduates Degree in business, IT, data science, business administration, or any other related field.

Negotiation abilities and time management skills.

A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.

Advanced understanding of business process analysis.

Strong command of the English language and good communication skills.

Comfortable with Agile practices.
