About the role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and ownership-driven immediate professional to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be part of the HR team.

What you will do

• Manage the hiring process from sourcing to joining
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and HR reports
• Support onboarding, engagement and HR policies
• Answer employee queries on HR processes

What we are looking for

• 1 year to 2 years of relevant experience
• Must have: Human Resources, Administration, Business operations, Key, Recruitment, Onboarding, employee engagement, Attendance, Payroll, Coordination, Employee Records, HR Policies
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and HR tools
• Ability to handle confidential information
