• Handle customer queries over calls, chat or email
• Resolve issues within agreed timelines and log every interaction
• Escalate complex cases to the right team
• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction scores
• Share customer feedback with the team

What we are looking for

• Must have: Basic computer knowledge, Typing speed, Minimum 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
• Good spoken and written English
• Patience and a customer-first attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Good to have: Customer Service, Communication, CRM, Problem Solving
