Role & responsibilities

Appointing Distributors in the major cities and smaller towns

Providing Liquadation support for the Major Distrbutors by helping sell their inventory to smaller retailers and end users

Giving demonstration of the tools to end users

Holding Road shows in company branded canopies for product promotion

Ensuring timely collection of payments from appointed dealers

Helping appointed dealers with after sales service if needed

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate must have past experience in Sales or Service in the Hardware line of products. He doesnt necessarily have to be of Power Tools, could be in allied lines of sales in similar product categories like Machinery, Agri Goods, Industrial Lubricants, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals

2) Candidate from Power Tool background will be preferred

3) Candiate must have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, must be fluent in english and local language of the region they are working

4) Candiate must be ok with travelling for extended periods and this profile is a complete outdoor profile, so he must be willing to aggressively work hard and get results in marketing the product

5) Candidate must have proper knowledge of the market areas, industrial areas of their respective states and all neighbouring areas within the state

6) Candiate must have keen willingness to learn about the product and understand key and technical features which will result in better marketing of the product.

1) Other than attaractive Salary, company will also offer commission on sales & collections if certain targets are met (which can result in salary almost doubling every month), plus travelling benefits and all expenses incurred during work will be borne by the company inclduing mobile bills
