1. **Strategic Recruitment Management**

   - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to meet organizational hiring goals.

   - Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and set clear hiring targets.

   - Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and optimize processes for efficiency.

2. **Team Leadership and Development**

   - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they achieve performance goals.

   - Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's recruitment capabilities.

   - Foster a results-oriented culture with a focus on innovation and collaboration.

3. **End-to-End Recruitment**

   - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.

   - Utilize job boards, social media, headhunting, and innovative sourcing channels to attract top talent.

   - Ensure candidate experience is smooth, transparent, and engaging.

4. **Stakeholder Management**

   - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, draft job descriptions, and set hiring priorities.

   - Ensure continuous communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates for smooth execution.

   - Present updates on hiring progress to leadership.

5. **Employer Branding**

   - Strengthen the organization’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

   - Leverage events, social media campaigns, and partnerships to build visibility.

6. **Technology and Data-Driven Hiring**

   - Utilize recruitment software (ATS) and tools to streamline processes.

   - Track key hiring metrics, analyze data for insights, and improve ROI.

### **Qualifications**

- MBA/PG in Human Resources or a related field.

- **8-12 years** of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in hiring across **consulting, services, and product companies** in **IT/ITES domains**.

- Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
