Job Qualification

Strong experience in delivering Identity and Access management implementation engagements

10 to 14 Years of relevant experience in implementing Identity and Access Management solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow

Must have led at least one end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementation as a Manager

Experience in installing and configuring SailPoint IIQ environment

Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ 7.2 and above versions or IdentityNow on features listed below

On-boarding of new applications using native connectors and custom API

Rules Connector, Aggregation Provisioning Rules

User Lifecycle requests and Lifecycle events

Custom Tasks and Reports

Roles, SoD Policies Certifications

Access Request, Custom Workflows, Password Management

Integration with ITSM tools like ServiceNow

Candidates must have an understanding of industry best practices for access administration (Provisioning, de-provisioning), access enforcements (authentication protocols) and access governance (certification, logging, monitoring etc.)

Good Java programming skills. Having Java

certification is an added advantage

Experience working with multiple IAM related technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications

Experience of executing projects using Agile methodology like Scrum

Ability to guide and mentor junior members on the team

Has good analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pre-sales and proposal experience is added advantage
