Senior Recruiter

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) – Mandatory with 6 Working days.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate management and stakeholder coordination skills, along with the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across different functions.

Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.

Drive offer closures and ensure candidates join as per agreed timelines.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily hiring reports.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Required Skills

Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment.

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.

Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Target-oriented approach with a focus on closures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience handling IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.

Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.

Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
