Talent Recruiter – Full Time / Permanent (Remote)

We're seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to drive our hiring strategy and build high-performing teams across IT and non-IT functions. You'll own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding business needs to closing offers, while building lasting candidate relationships and strengthening our employer brand.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, define job specifications, and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Source and attract top talent through proactive market research, industry networks, and effective use of recruitment tools and platforms
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring positive experience throughout the hiring journey
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by showcasing company culture and values to attract quality candidates
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate databases, and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline
• Stay updated with recruitment best practices and market trends to continuously improve hiring efficiency

• 4–7 years of proven experience in recruitment
• Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment domains
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
