About the role

Our client is Hiring - HR Recruiter in Kolkata, West Bengal. You will be part of the HR team.

What you will do

• Manage the hiring process from sourcing to joining
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and HR reports
• Support onboarding, engagement and HR policies
• Answer employee queries on HR processes

What we are looking for

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Must have: Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, MBA, Source, Sourcing, Targets, Verbal Communication, Communication Skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and HR tools
• Ability to handle confidential information
