Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring delivery.

3+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
