As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work as part of the product team. With the direction and support of the Head of Product & UX, you will be responsible for research, conceptualization and design of our various platforms' interfaces.

You'll need to be able to take design briefs and interact with stakeholders and developers to understand, define and deliver projects that range from landing pages, responsive site UI, native app interfaces through to email design.

Be fully fluent in sketch app for the UI design of our products screens and user journeys, with a solid understanding of using symbols, libraries and shared styles to work smart and efficiently.

Create design concepts, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, site maps and prototypes based on briefs and creative direction from the Head of Product & UX to effectively communication. interaction and design ideas

Contribute to design thinking workshops and brainstorm sessions sketching ideas rapidly. translating complex problems into simple and elegant journeys.

Iteratively design solutions that follow established design principles and UI standards

Collaborate with developers to define and implement innovative solutions

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

Identify features and improvements to enhance overall product usability and user experience

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards 

Essential Experience :

Designing for responsive web layouts and apps. Expert level in Sketch App.

Prototyping using tools such as In Vision, Marvel etc.

Photoshop to aid in visual elements and graphic imagery.

Solid grasp of key design principles like spacing, alignment, contrast, repetition, color palette expertise etc.

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and more.

Sufficient Experience with website and mobile designing.

Expertise in Adobe Suite.

Well versed with WordPress functionalities

Understanding of A/B Testing

Strong typography skills.

Desirable Experience :

- Exposure to Motion Graphics

Curating Scribe Videos Nice to have :

UI animation experience or willingness to learn and research potential tools.

A basic understanding or overview of HTML/CSS and frameworks such as Bootstrap and

WordPress would be advantageous in aiding design conceptualization and developer handoff
