Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions

Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.

Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.

Conducting initial phone screens and sharing across the shortlisted resumes to the respective clients

Staying in touch with the candidates until they are onboarded

Staying abreast of current recruiting trends and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of One-two years professional work experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Should have exposure with various job portals such as naukri, shine, LinkedIn
